Terms of Service

AutoChale is an online classifieds platform connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles and spare parts in Ghana. AutoChale is not a party to any transaction, does not own listed items, and does not hold funds in escrow.

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your login credentials secure. Sellers must submit valid government-issued identification for verification before posting listings.

All listings must describe a real vehicle or spare part legally owned by the seller, with genuine photos and an accurate price in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Duplicate, misleading, or stock-photo ads may be rejected or removed.

Stolen vehicles, tampered odometers, forged documents, advance-fee fraud, harassment in chat, and attempts to collect deposits before inspection are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination.

Where posting fees or optional Boost/Promotion packages apply, fees are displayed prior to submission and activate upon payment confirmation. Fees for delivered promotional periods are non-refundable.

All inspections, negotiations, document checks, and payments occur directly between buyer and seller. Users are solely responsible for verifying vehicle condition and legal ownership prior to payment.
