How do I buy a vehicle safely on AutoChale?
Browse listings, check for the Verified ID badge, message or call the seller, meet in a public place to inspect the vehicle and documents with a mechanic, and only pay once satisfied.
How do I become a Verified Seller?
Sign in, open Account → Seller verification, choose your ID type (Ghana Card, Passport, Driver License, or Voter ID), and upload clear photos. Our team reviews applications promptly.
Why is my ad showing as Pending?
Every new or edited listing is checked by our moderation team for accurate pricing, clear photos, and genuine details. You receive an instant notification the moment it goes live.
How do Boost & Promotion packages work?
From My Ads, click "Boost ad" and choose Silver, Gold TOP+, or Diamond VIP. Boosted ads rank at the very top of search results and category pages and receive a highlighted badge.
How do I pay for posting or boosting an ad?
Send the shown fee via Mobile Money following the on-screen instructions, then enter your transaction reference. As soon as an admin confirms it, your ad or boost activates automatically.
How do I compare vehicles side by side?
Tap the compare icon (⇄) on up to 3 vehicle cards, then click the Compare icon in the top navigation bar to see price, year, mileage, and specs side by side.
How do price-drop and saved-search alerts work?
Tap the heart on any ad to get notified if the seller lowers the price, or click "Save search" on the Browse page to get alerted whenever a matching vehicle is approved.
Can buyers leave comments, ratings, or offers?
Yes — signed-in users can post questions or star ratings on listings, or send a structured price offer directly into the seller chat inbox.
